The day-of board for team leads
If you lead a team but aren't a scheduler, Service days in the sidebar takes you to a live board for one service date — your team's assignments, who's arrived, and what needs your attention right now. Schedulers and admins see every team's board the same way.
Before you start
You'll need to be set as the lead of a team to see this in your own sidebar. Schedulers and admins reach the same board from Schedule.
What the board shows
On a live day (today, or the day the board is open for), it polls for updates every 15 seconds and shows:
- Needs attention — everyone who's late, hasn't shown up by call time, or said they can't make it, in one place at the top.
- One section per team, each person's row showing their status: confirmed, Here, or Running late.
Other days are read-only, with no polling.
Marking someone here yourself
If someone tells you they've arrived instead of checking in themselves, tap Mark here on their row, or Mark all here for everyone left on a team. Whoever checks in first — you or them — is what counts.
Adding a walk-in
If someone shows up to help who wasn't on the schedule, add them as a walk-in from the board so they're accounted for on the roster.
Printing the roster
Use the print action to get a paper copy of who's assigned and who's checked in — handy for a lead who wants a physical list at the door.
