Registering a first-time family at the kiosk

For a volunteer at the kiosk, or an admin helping a new family. A visiting family is registered and checked in on the spot.

The flow

1. On the kiosk lookup screen, tap First-Time Visitor? Register Here.
2. Step 1 — Guardian. Enter the guardian's name and phone (a second guardian is optional).
3. Step 2 — Children. Add each child's name, grade, and any allergy or medical notes — this is what keeps volunteers informed if something comes up in the room.
4. Step 3 — Review. Check the details, then continue into the normal check-in: selecting children, acknowledging any alerts, and choosing who can pick up.

The new household is saved, so next time the family can be found by phone, QR card, or Apple Wallet pass like anyone else.
