Managing multiple organizations

If you serve at more than one church or organization, VolunteerCal lets you manage them all from a single account.

• Switching Organizations — Use the organization switcher at the bottom of the sidebar (desktop) or in the More menu (mobile) to switch between your organizations. Your dashboard, schedule, and settings update instantly.
• Joining an Organization — If you receive an invitation email, click the link to accept and join the organization. You can also create a new organization from the My Organizations page.
• Per-Org Roles — Your role (admin, scheduler, volunteer) is set independently for each organization. You might be an admin at one church and a volunteer at another.
